We’re the ones who meet you at the door and the ones holding the clippers. We learn your dog’s coat, their skin, and the parts of a groom they’d rather skip, and we work around it.
Nervous dogs get a slower pace, more breaks, and quiet time. First-timers get a gentle introduction before anything else happens.
